Training
NEURONES was born to the New Technologies, but they are changing fast. Innovation, the pace of change, and adaptation are everyday matters in a fast-growing Computer Services Company that enables each employee to remain on the cusp. Training favors steady professional advancement, with no limit for the most ambitious!
Many computer service companies have training programs that spend more than required by law (1%). But almost none do as much as NEURONES - no less than 8% of the payroll invested every year in:
- technical training programs: more than 20 in-house training classrooms specialized in the New Technologies make NEURONES the 5th largest French computer training organization and an examination center for the qualifying certifications of the leading players on the market (Microsoft, IBM/Lotus, Cisco, Citrix, VMware, Unix, Linux, Oracle, ITIL, Prince2, etc). It is therefore easy and natural to enroll NEURONES engineers and technicians who want to go on learning in these training and certification programs,
- training in communication skills, management, selling, project methodology and management,
- seminars on interdisciplinary management, held outside the group, for all of the group's managers and "future" managers.
A full-time university providing training to the New Technologies is staffed by all of our expert consultants. The themes and programs are worked out each semester. Each individual registers for the universities of interest to him/her.
NEURONES is also a civic-minded company that seeks to give a second chance to Engineers and Scientists who did not choose computing for their initial training. The NEURONES Master is accordingly a program for career change and specialization in the information systems professions. Applicants undergo a very rigorous selection process that tests their motivation as well as their learning abilities. After two interviews (one HR and one operational), applicants take two tests, one to evaluate their personalities, the other their ability to learn computer science. The complete Master's program lasts three months, including a four-week practical session with an Engineer or a Project Manager. This program has been in existence since 1998 and has already trained 90 people. The most senior are now Project Managers.
Finally, the Technologies Club brings together the technical divisions of the component entities of NEURONES. It is the group's Scientific Council that decides the technical orientations for the semesters to come and therefore the training necessary to prepare us to keep delivering the state of the Art to our customers.
