Take ownership of and manage the client accounts assigned to you
Identify and acquire new clients and projects in Luxembourg, driving the full business development cycle.
Define and execute growth strategies for assigned territories to support sustainable business expansion.
Develop, structure and present commercial proposals and responses to calls for tender.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing needs analysis, commercial negotiations, contractual elements, timelines and resource allocation.
Support service delivery by monitoring performance, planning activities, ensuring effective time management and contributing to the development of team members involved.
Manage financial aspects of client engagements, including invoicing accuracy and follow‑up.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.
Candidate profile
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
A thirst for sales (warm & cold calling, pitching, negotiating).
Proven track record in sales, particularly in IT service-based industries.
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
Solution orientated and able to turn problems into opportunities.
