Assignments

  • Identify and acquire new clients and projects in Belgium, driving the full business development cycle.
  • Define and execute growth strategies for assigned territories to support sustainable business expansion.
  • Develop, structure and present commercial proposals and responses to calls for tender. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing needs analysis, commercial negotiations, contractual elements, timelines and resource allocation.
  • Support service delivery by monitoring performance, planning activities, ensuring effective time management and contributing to the development of team members involved.
  • Manage financial aspects of client engagements, including invoicing accuracy and follow‑up.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.

Candidate profile

Experience: 
  • A candidate with 3–5 years of full‑cycle (360°) recruitment experience
  • A strong thirst for sales (cold & warm calling, pitching, negotiating)
  • A proven track record in sales, ideally within IT service‑based industries‑oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Solution‑oriented, able to transform challenges into opportunities
Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.

Foreign languages: 

Trilingual: Dutch, French & English
