How to apply for a job with NEURONES
If you want to reply to one of our ads, the simplest way is to send us information about yourself, and your résumé, by leaving it at our Web site, via our "Help wanted" pages. Your application - with the number of the ad - will reach us directly.
You can also send us a spontaneous application.

The recruitment procedure
- Reception of the application,
- Selection according to criteria by type of position,
- First interview with a recruitment officer, plus tests for engineers and technicians,
- Discussion at an HR meeting attended by technical managers,
- Second interview to confirm your technical knowledge and your motivation,
- If your profile suits our needs and our Group corresponds to your aspirations, a recruitment officer will receive you and propose a contract.
Joining the company
- Welcome by the HRD Assistant for all administrative proceedings. Issuing of a "newcomer's bible" and the yearbook,
- Integration in your new department,
- A sponsor (a member of the same department, but not a hierarchical superior) is named to help you settle in in the Group, to guide you, to answer your questions, and to inform you informally,
- Shortly after your arrival you will take part in the half-day information and welcome meeting held every month. Its purpose is to present the NEURONES group and have you visit the premises occupied by the various business segments. The presentation is given by a member of General Management.
Career follow-up
An evaluation interview every year, with your hierarchical superior and/or the Human Resources manager.
Its objectives:
- Assess the past year and set the objectives for the next,
- Evaluate your potential,
- If necessary, re-evaluate your position,
- Set your career objectives,
- Prepare a training plan.
